If acrylic and epoxy mounting materials are used, air bubbles (emission gas) may remain even after curing is completed due to an increase in temperature generated during curing.
Alternatively, depending on the material or shape of the sample, an environment in which bubbles or gas are generated and cannot escape may occur.
In this case, when the pressure and the vacuum chamber are used, it is possible to improve adhesion between the sample and the molding material, reduce shrinkage, and remove air bubbles.
