Depending on the user's needs, the light source can be selected in various wavelength bands such as 254, 280, 290, 300, and 313 nm, and the optical path can be selected in the range of 0.1 to 200 mm. This can be applied to Aromatic compound detection, protein concentration, and other demand applications.
The use of sapphires in optical windows provides high hardness and chemical corrosion resistance. It also enables customization of lines of various diameters and provides wetted materials to ensure critical durability in process equipment.

 

Window assembly: Assemble the windows on both sides of the groove inside the body of the product.
Airtightness Enhancement: Assemble to maintain airtightness using chemical-resistant O-rings on both sides of the window.
Secure the cover: Press and bolt the window to secure the cover fully.
Electromagnetic Design: Sensor Body offers an electromagnetic design that does not contain any electronic components.

 

Use a special light emitting diode to continuously transmit light into the process solution. A sealed silicon photodiode detects the degree of reduction in light intensity caused by absorption and scattering by dissolved or undissolved substances. 
Use light in the range 260, 280, ..., 360 nm (UV) to measure the sample concentration regardless of color change. Depending on the optical path length, measurements can be made from high concentrations in % (OPL = 0.1 mm) and low concentrations in ppm (OPL = 200 mm).

Converter

The ProTec UV converter is an installed photometric converter that can receive light from the Sensor Body through the optical fiber, display it as absorbance, and output a control signal. 
Through LAN and RS232 communication, measurement data can be sent to users and control commands can be output in real time. The UI screen of the 7-inch Touch Color LCD also allows you to record measurement data, check trends, and control the converter. 
PLC features for quality and process management, providing up to 4 channels of current input/output and up to 4 relay outputs.
